Keighley 10K was a recent event that I took part in, I was inspired to take part in this event and make my Grandad proud as he was sadly supposed to be a marshal on the day. Therefore as a family I ran and was happy to receive wonderful support and sponsorships, whilst my Grandma, Auntie & Uncle, Cousins and Sister all helped out with the Sue Ryder team to run the event in the place of Grandad Frank!
